The development of IEPFA Mobile App, is an initiative towards prompt citizen service delivery
in digital mode and grievance redressal mechanism. In addition, social media is being actively
used to reach out to stakeholders through digital platforms for citizen engagement, awareness
and grievance management. IEPFA has also collaborated with various Banks for the Cobranding of various collaterals in the Print and Digital channels of the Banks.
