According to therapist Annette Nunez in an essay for mindbodygreen, this can be any individual with whom you have a strong connection. The most crucial thing is to understand that these profound contacts are a gift from the cosmos, regardless of whether they endure forever.

How do you determine if someone is your true love? Here are some warning indicators.

1. 1. You have a strong, immediate relation to them.

When you find a soul mate, your body and spirit come together, about as if they had always been there in some way. This is due to the fact that they have a deeper understanding of you than anyone else and are familiar with all of your most profound beliefs, views, and aspirations. Simply put, their presence serves as a reminder that you all belong together. You wo n’t ever feel uneasy around them, and your conversations will flow naturally. You’ll instantly connect with them and start to reflect on them all day.
